The support contracts we offer are tailored to suit the needs of small and medium businesses. These provide maintenance on Microsoft operating systems, regular healthchecks and involve management of critical updates.

Our annual contracts are offered under two options:

Standard Support

Telephone and email support which includes remote bi-annual healthchecks and advice on Service Packs, intrusion detection and vulnerability checks


Comprehensive Support


Telephone, email and on-site support which includes monthly healthchecks, support on network and security devices and management of hardware support contracts

Both options can be modified to suit your exact requirements. Calls can be logged 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we offer an 8-hour resolution.
